Meet your host

Alex Manos

Alex Manos is a UK based clinician, trainer, coach, and mentor. His expertise and interests range from SIBO and gut health, through mould illness and mycotoxins, to physical therapy, breathwork, and psychedelics. He is an Institute For Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP), with a MSc in Personalised Nutrition, a 1st class degree in Nutritional Therapy, and a background in personal training. He is the co-founded of The Applied Functional Medicine Mentoring Program and the cofounder of Healthpath, a functional testing company specialising in gut health. He lectures at various colleges and institutions and runs a popular podcast titled The Alex Manos Podcast.
