Claire Farrell

Claire is a CNM-certified health coach with a special interest in movement for health and longevity. As a former IT product manager, Claire struggled to balance corporate life, her family life and her health. She spent many years studying nutrition, movement & mindset to find the path to her own optimal health, and eventually formalised that research with a CNM Health Coach certification so that she could help others do the same. Claire’s goal is to educate and empower women in midlife to achieve optimal health and longevity, bridging the gap between public health advice and daily habits at the individual level, with a focus on four pillars of health: nutrition, movement, mindset and sleep.You can reach Claire at: or
