We live in a constantly overstimulated world – our bodies and minds have to work at double capacity, so it’s vital we give our bodies and minds time to regularly reset. Meet your host

Niti Sheth

Niti Sheth brings Ayurveda to life in a way that feels practical and grounded. She began her journey studying Nutrition, Media & Communication at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia, where she started questioning conventional western approaches to health. A one-hour seminar on Ayurvedic nutrition changed everything, leading her to study at Vaidyagrama in South India under Dr Ramdas. Back in Australia, she joined Back2Health, where she shared Ayurveda through workshops, cooking demos and client work, deepening her training with Jo Formosa and eventually building her own practice. Now based in England, Niti continues to share her knowledge and restorative therapies, helping others weave Ayurveda into their everyday lives.
