Dr. Pol De Saedeleer is a Doctor in Pharmaceutical Sciences, trained at the Universities of Louvain, Louvain-La-Neuve and Ghent in Belgium. He has built a distinguished international career in pharmaceutical and functional medicine as a teacher, lecturer and scientific advisor. Since 2012, he has served as Scientific and Medical Director of Nutrined/Researched Nutritionals, where he has led the development and clinical research of numerous science-based nutritional formulations, several of which have been published in peer-reviewed journals.A passionate advocate for functional and integrative medicine, Dr. De Saedeleer is a sought-after international speaker and educator, lecturing at medical institutions and conferences worldwide. Dr Kamyar Hedayat

How to Assess the Autonomic Nervous System in 10 Minutes

Dr. Kamyar M. Hedayat is a Stanford-trained physician and internationally recognized authority in Endobiogeny. He is the co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of the Systems Biology Research Group, where he leads research, development and education. As the chief architect of GEMMA, he has developed more than 200 new algorithms for revealing hidden imbalances between biomarkers. Antony Haynes is one of the UK’s leading Registered Nutritional Therapists, with over 33 years of experience in private practice and a career spanning more than three decades in nutritional and functional medicine. Having worked with over 19,000 clients, Antony takes a client-centred approach focused on foundational principles rather than fixed protocols. He is also a passionate educator, having delivered more than 380 webinars, seminars and lectures, and co-founded Nutri-Link Ltd in 1998 to support healthcare practitioners with supplement education.Antony is an award-winning author of The Insulin Factor and The Food Intolerance Bible, which have received international recognition, and was honoured with the CAM Magazine Award for Outstanding Practice in 2011. Dr Kirstie Lawton

PNIE: The Intertwined Underworld of the Human Body

Dr Kirstie Lawton has a PhD in Nutrition, a BSc in Public Health Nutrition and a Diploma from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), alongside a PGCE in Higher Education. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Neurodegeneration at the University of Sheffield. Kirstie specialises in nutritional support for adults diagnosed with or at risk of developing Motor Neurone Disease (MND/ALS), and has over 25 years’ experience working in child and young adult nutrition, with particular interests in gastrointestinal and neurological health, neurodivergence, mental wellbeing and immune health.Alongside her clinical work, Kirstie has played an integral role in developing the UK’s first Graduate Diploma in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, delivered by ION in collaboration with the University of Portsmouth. She has taught nutrition at universities and training institutions across the UK and serves on the Editorial Board of the Nutritional Medicine Institute and Journal, as well as the Medical Committee of Healing ALS. Her ongoing work combines clinical practice, education and research, with a particular focus on nutrition and neurological health.

Sarita Devi Nahar is the founder of Adya Ayurveda and a seasoned Ayurvedic practitioner with extensive experience in Ayurvedic health, yoga, and holistic wellbeing. Based in London, she has worked in Ayurveda for many years and has also held a longstanding role with Ayushakti Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. Her background includes training in Ayurveda from Kasturba Medical College, yoga teacher training at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, and a BA Hons in Ayurveda from Thames Valley University.
